Yes if you are a retailer first. OpenSign includes the online store instead of requiring a Shopify plan. You can embed the shop in WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or Webflow so you do not have to migrate the marketing site.

Can shoppers check out on my existing website?

Yes. Copy an iframe or script from Online store settings into a Custom HTML block. Inventory and the register stay in sync because they share one catalog.

Does OpenSign replace Shopify Payments?

Accepted Answer

OpenSign checks out with Stripe (and Moneris or Helcim where configured). You do not need Shopify Payments. If you love Shopify's theme and app store, staying on Shopify POS may still be simpler.
